The primary role of the Outbound Growth Developer is to generate new clients. Your Outbound Growth Developer is your own personal outsourced sales team.  Your OGD will:

  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings for referrals. 
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.  
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. 
  • Strategize, find, and develop new markets and improving sales. 
  • Drive sales and margins by providing superb customer service, while building relationships. 
  • Complete DAPs (Diagnostics and Action Plans) to understand each client’s pain points and provide strategies and solutions to address them. 
  • When applicable, create quotes, monitor account, and submit sales orders.

client concierge services

The Client Concierge's role is to establish meaningful relationships with your clients that help keep your clients informed during and post projects. The Client Concierge gathers feedback, provides meaningful follow-ups, and finds resolutions for clients. The Client Concierge's primary purpose is to enhance your client’s overall experience.  

The Client Concierge will: 

  • Mitigate and meet client’s project expectations. 
  • Provide welcome phone calls and/or face to face educational meetings to help your clients understand the various ways of working with your organization. 
  • Listen to clients and understand their concerns prior, during and after projects, and to facilitate conversations to ensure that projects go smoothly. 
  • Follow up with vendors/internal resources for the client and keep them informed of project timelines and changes. 
  • Set up client portals and help them obtain reports and metrics as requested. 
  • Consistently solicit feedback from the client with frequent check-ins to help improve quality of service and product delivery to the clients and to promote other sales or service opportunities.
